The Guardian III  Model (G300-B) is a unique, state-of-the-art residential, range-top automatic fire suppression system for your home. It is also approved by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL & ULC) for the protection of residential cooking equipment in light commercial occupancies*, such as group homes, dormitories, daycare centers, church kitchens, fire stations, break rooms, libraries, civic group meeting halls. A handy homeowner or contractor can install this self-contained system in under an hour.

When a stove-top fire occurs the sensor will activate at a pre-set temperature and signal the main CPU board.  This board automatically sends a signal to release the extinguisher valve assembly, discharging the wet agent and simultaneously activating the CPU-mounted alarm.
More outputs are available for additional accessories to be utilized upon the system's activation.  Each system can also be wired into an existing alarm panel showing system activation.  This system is UL and ULC listed with a fuel shutoff and is listed with or without a pull station.

• No electrician is needed to make wiring shut-off connections during the installation, thus saving money.

Electric Ranges up to 42” wide x 24” deep or 1,008 sqi. Gas Ranges 36” wide x 24” deep or 864 sqi.
Hood:
Any standard residential hood with a single light and fan in the center that meets the same range of size requirements. The bottom of the hood must have a minimum height of 18” to the range and cannot exceed 30”.
Nozzles:
Requires a minimum height of 18” from the tip of the nozzle to the range and a maximum of 31”.
System Tank Measurements:
The actual system tank and control measurements used to determine enough cabinet space is 10.5"H x 6.5"W x 9.5"D.
